Every product we handle, coffee or commodity, is rigorously evaluated for quality. Our in-house quality control team performs physical and sensory analyses to ensure consistency and excellence. For coffee, this includes moisture testing, screen sorting, defect grading, and cupping. For cocoa, we also conduct moisture testing to ensure quality and consistency. For other commodities, we ensure proper grading, packaging, and compliance with international food safety standards. We also provide cupping sessions and pre-shipment samples for buyer approval.
